他の女を誰が満足させようとも、おまえにはウィルがいる
おまけのウィルがいて、そのうえ余分なウィルがいる
わたしはいつもおまえを悩ます余計な存在
おまえの優しい心にもう一つ加えることで。

おまえの心は、はてしなく大きいので
わたしの心を一度でもおまえの心に包んでくれないだろうか
他の人の心は人を惹きつけるものが見えるが
わたしの心には好意を受ける輝きはないだろうか。

海は一面水だが、いつでも雨を受け入れる
蓄えた上に、さらにまたいっぱいに加える
そのように、おまえもウィルでいっぱいだが、おまえのウィルに
わたしの心をひとつ加えて、おまえの大いなるウィルをさらに増やしてくれ。

　　不人情な拒絶で、正当な嘆願者を殺さないでくれ
　　すべてを一つと考え、わたしをその一人のウィルに加えてくれ。

One will of mine, to make thy large Will more:
